About Me
I’m Gayle Parella, founder of Mommy’s Precious Cargo. For over 28 years, I’ve worked as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer , helping families experience the incredible joy of seeing their little ones before birth.
As a mother of three, I know firsthand how meaningful it is to watch your baby grow and share that moment with the people you love most.
Which is part of the reason I created Mommy’s Precious Cargo to be more than just a studio, it’s a family space. Whether it’s parents, grandparents, siblings, or friends, everyone is welcome here. My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and affordable way for families to bond with their baby before they arrive.
